The canned craft beer is very popular now so every craft brewery likes to add a canning system for their craft beer. But it is a difficult thing for breweries owners to select a correct and high efficient canning system.
As a craft beer fan and canning system supplier, I would like to share some professional information to select a better canning system:
1) Filling valve: it is true counter pressure gravity filling valve or carbonated drink filling valve?Their structures and functions are very different so you have to distinguish them firstly. Here are two pictures:
2) DO (dissolved oxygen) pick up number: What’s the number? It should be good if the machine’s number can less than 40ppb.
3) Function: Does the machine has Pre-purge, Bubble-breaker and CO2 under-cover-gassing?
4) Lubrication way: Is there any centralized lubrication? Automatic one should be better.
5) CIP cleaning: CIP cup? Recycling pipe?
6) Beer bowl liquid level control way: Floater or automatic electrical control?
7) References: Running system in China breweries, U.S breweries, etc,
