As a craft beer fan, I love craft beer and it has encouraged me to brew craft beers. The most favorite craft beer type is IPA and I brewed a few types of IPA. I like Hazy IPA very much. How about you Madam and Sir?

We are also making contribution to the craft beer due to we provide craft beer canning system. Breweries like packing their beers with aluminum can now. The new trend encourages us to work hard to guarantee the delivery time & after service of canning system.    

We do not hesitate to improve our canning system to make it better. We just shipped three 20/4 canning systems to U.S to help breweries to pack their beer. We are very proud of providing high quality canning system to our customers.

Here are some features:

•       Rotary Filler with Continuous Motion for smooth can handling

•       Counter-Pressure-Gravity filling system – seals the can, pressurizes the can for foamless filling, controlled snift to atmosphere

•       Filling accuracy is +/- 2mm, not the typical “spiller” like Wild Goose or Cask, etc.

•       No Can, No Fill PLC control reduces can loss and beer loss, plus maintains filler bowl pressure & level control

•       Stationary Can Pads, non-lifting can control is better than lifting cylinders for high speed operation, and better fill and container control

•       CO₂ purging when the can is sealed to reduce O₂ pickup, pre-purge system delivers fresh CO₂ from the bowl into the can to totally evacuate residual air in the can

•       Simple manual height adjustment for filler and seamer for quick changeover between 12oz and 16oz (same diameter) cans / automatic motor driven is an available option

•       Quick change can diameter (major diameter, not end) parts available

•       Electronic Bowl Level control Sensor to control bowl liquid level and bowl counter pressure, delivers smoother and more consistent filling control

•       Tangential transfer of cans on 9/2, 20/4 & 30/6 produces smooth transfer off filler into the close coupled rotary seamer, no stop or herky-jerky motion associated with 1-head Wild Goose style seamers

•       Rotary seamer vs. intermittent motion 1-head seamers associated with Wild Goose, Cask, etc. reduced air pickup and deliver better seaming quality, while also staying in compliance longer

•       Fully Hot-CIP compliant with standard Caustic and Sanitizer chemicals
