A Craft Bottling System Released

About the beer package containers ( can, bottle, keg, etc.), different countries have different beer packaging containers. Of course, the development trend is also different. China developed from glass bottle to aluminum can for industrial beer. Craft beer is a new trend so the packaging container is following the industrial beer packaging development way starting form glass bottle. As we know, more and craft breweries will pack their beer into aluminum can now but in China is very different now.

Therefore, we designed and produced the first craft bottling system SHGY20-20-8 for China craft breweries now. Here is a short introduction to this bottling system.

Equipment Description:

1) The filling valve of this machine adopts high-precision built-in fluid mechanical filling valve.

2) The whole machine has the ability to vacuum twice, and there is no bottle no vacuum function. 3) Equipped with high-pressure foaming device, including water heater.

4) The transmission adopts modular design, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and a wide speed regulation range. The transmission of this machine is equipped with an automatic grease lubrication device, which can supply oil to each lubrication point regularly according to the needs, with sufficient lubrication, high efficiency, low noise and long life.

5) During gas filling or wine filling, if the bottle bursts due to bottle quality problems, the beer valve is automatically closed and there is an automatic flushing device.

6) All stainless steel magnetic hoppers are used. The arrangement, lowering and feeding of the crown cap are all conveyed by magnetic force. The cap is not easily deformed during operation, the lower cap is large and unobstructed, the cap is reliable and has automatic unloading function, which reduces the bottle break rate , The gland head is an open structure and adopts an oil-free lubrication method, which is easy to install and disassemble, ensuring that it can be cleaned thoroughly without disassembly.

The centering guide adopts the guide rod type centering, and has the function of pre-shielding, so that the in and out of the bottle are stable and reliable.

7) The beer bowl, control ring and capping head can be raised and lowered to adapt to the bottle height within the design permission range.

8) The height of the material liquid level in the filling tank is controlled by the electric probe, the tank liquid level is stable and the filling is reliable.

9) The material counter pressure in the filling tank can be automatically controlled, and its working conditions and parameters can be set and displayed on the control cabinet.

10) During normal operation, the machine is automatically controlled. According to the full or short of the bottle in and out of the bottle, it will run at full or slow speed at the set speed. The bottle will stop the bottle. If there is no bottle, the valve will not be opened or the cap will not be lowered. Speed display, total number of filled bottles, automatic opening and stopping of the lower cap conveying system and safety protection are all controlled by the PLC computer. The main drive of the machine is frequency conversion speed regulation and accurate pulse signals. Output in order to control the synchronous tracking of the in and out bottle belt.
